Refund and Cancellation Policy
SEQUENCE RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as much as possible, and has therefore a considerate cancellation policy. We, as a merchant, provide a service that comes in the form of Digital services. As such, our offering is not a tangible product that can be returned for a refund. It can be used immediately upon receipt; there is no product to return.
Right to Cancel an Order
Payment Process After Issue of invoice and service level agreement only. Sequencernd.com Allow to cancel order within “cooling off 7 days period only” with the applicable cancellation fee. After 7 days of invoice date payment is NON-REFUNDABLE.
By default, ALL THE PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. "No-shows" or “Extra-Page Payment” or “Excess Payment” or “Additional Payment” are not refundable and liable; and will be considered as the donations.
But under the genuine consideration of refund request not later than 2 days prior to the Registration Closing date shall be processed with the applicable cancellation fee. All refund e-mail requests must be submitted to sequencernd@gmail.com. Request for refunds postmarked after the Registration Closing date will not be accepted.
Delivery Policy
We are in service business and doesn’t have tangible item to deliver. So, there is no chance of missing or misplacement of any item. Our deliverables are in form of software application or Digital Services. These deliverables are delivered to you in form of electronic files using our collaboration tool or email.
